The first ALFA Workshop took place on fourth of December, 2018 at the BAO Congress Center in Brussels. It was co-located with the 12th Community of Users (CoU) Meeting which was preceding the Security Research Event (SRE) 2018. The agenda of the workshop consisted of a keynote address by Paolo Salieri (PO of the SafeShore project), three presentations of end-user needs and requirements and finally three presentations on the ALFA, SafeShore and Marisa projects. Participants of the workshop comprised both project officers (F.Lorubbio, P. Salieri), representatives of ALFA and SafeShore and a number of end users, who engaged in a lively discussion. There was large interest and many contributions of all participants. Hence, the event was a great success. Interesting feedback and suggestions could be gathered and at the same time, ALFA was disseminated and invitations for the final demo were distributed.
