On 23^th and 24^th January 2017 the ALFA consortium met at the Kick-Off Meeting in The Haag at TNO’s premises. The first day was dedicated to get to know each other and to organize the further collaboration. Afterwards the technical work packages as well as the problem and view on future expansion of the problem were presented. Discussions and socializing continued during a common dinner in a less formal atmosphere. The second day focused on the introduction of the Project Officer (PO) and the Early Adopters Forum (EAF) members, who will support the project consortium, and the presentation of the main goals and challenges of the different work packages to the external parties. Finally, WP1 “System specifications and operation concept” was discussed and officially kicked-off.
